What is the situation you keep coming back to?
The one that does not resolve on its own.
What would be different if it were handled well?
Not the task — the outcome that matters underneath it.
Why now?
Timing is rarely neutral. Something has usually shifted.
If you are a leader or executive

You may be the one who is directly looking for a coach. Whatever you’re dealing with, the coaching starts from where you actually are, not from a methodology or a framework. The first conversation is to see whether I am the right fit, and nothing is owed on either side.

Reach out in the language you think in — English, Thai, or German.

If you are in HR, people, or L&D

You may be placing a coach for one of your executives. What matters to you may be a little bit different: whether the coach is credible, whether the process is sound, and whether the work fits the languages and cultures your company operates in.

Those are the right questions, and they are welcome directly. An introductory conversation can cover my background and experience, how a coaching engagement is structured, and how the coaching works across Thai–Western contexts. Please feel free to reach out.

What should I call you?
So I can write back.
Helpful if you’re arranging coaching for someone on your team.
