From experience
to inspiration

I have spent 25 years building and operating businesses across Southeast Asia. That work has taken me across industries — from logistics and distribution to technology platforms, manufacturing, brand development, and wellness. Everything was bootstrapped. Most of it was early to market.

What that experience gave me was a specific kind of knowledge — not the kind that is theoretical in origin, but the kind that develops when the pressure is real and decisions are urgent. I learned what complexity looks like from the inside, and why good operators often get it wrong.

I now work directly with operators and leaders who are navigating that same territory. My coaching combines a decade of intensive facilitation with the operational depth of someone who has built and run businesses. The focus is always the same: better decisions and disciplined execution in real time.
