Before you
reach out
ก่อนที่คุณจะติดต่อมา
A short pause is worth more than a fast message. It helps to know what you are actually trying to change.
You may be the one who will sit in the sessions. If a decision, a relationship, a handover, or the sheer weight of what you are carrying has brought you here, the coaching starts from where you actually are — not from a framework. The first conversation is simply to see whether this is the right fit, in both directions. Nothing is owed on either side until it is.
Reach out in the language you think in — Thai, German, or English. All are native to the work.
You may be placing a coach with one of your leaders. What matters to you is different: whether the coach is credible, whether the process is sound, whether confidentiality holds, and whether the work fits the languages and cultures your people operate in.
Those are the right questions, and they are welcome directly. An introductory conversation can cover background and experience, how an engagement is structured across twelve weeks, how confidentiality is handled, and how the coaching works across Thai–Western contexts — before any commitment is discussed. Discretion applies to that first conversation as much as to the coaching itself.
